The film stars Raai Laxmi. The film is produced under the production banner SSi Productions and Aswamithrais set to compose music for the film. Principal photography of the film commenced in October 2018.
The project was announced by debutant Vinoo Venketesh who previously worked as an associate director of S. J. Surya. The filming progressed from October 2018 according to notable sources. Raai Laxmi who was part of horror thriller film Kanchana 2, was roped into play the female lead. The first look poster of the film was unveiled on 4 November 2018 revealing three dimensional looks of Raai Laxmi.
